Exactly what stays confidential, what can be reported, and what happens if safeguarding, serious risk or clinical needs arise.

The service provides non-clinical coaching and wellbeing support. It does not replace medical diagnosis, psychotherapy, psychiatric care or emergency mental-health services.
Where significant risk or safeguarding concerns arise, appropriate escalation may be necessary and the relevant route is followed.
Sessions are not routinely recorded. Brief, proportionate confidential notes are retained securely with access restricted to the practitioner.
Reporting can include agreed utilisation, attendance and broad non-identifying themes — not individual session notes or routine confidential disclosures.
Formal complaints are handled through a documented process, with a substantive response target of 10 working days.
Employees know what is private. Employers know what happens when risk, safeguarding or clinical need changes the situation.
